Math Labs - Fall, Winter, and Spring

for 7th through 12th graders
1.5-hour sessions; three days per week
The math labs are 1.5-hour sessions where students can get help with their homework, prepare for tests, and learn, at their own pace, concepts they had not fully grasped in their math class at school. The labs include lectures, one-to-one instruction, individual study, group work with two to four other students, and quizzes and tests to prepare students for their tests at school. For the most part, students use their math text books and work on the same material they are currently studying in school. Students may attend the math labs as frequently or infrequently as they desire, though it is recommended that they attend once a week at a regular time.

Lab Fee:
$30 for the first lab; thereafter
$120 for 4 labs,
$210 for 8 labs (1 free lab),
$390 for 16 labs (3 free labs), or
$590 for unlimited attendance for one semester.

Days and Times:
(September through Early June)
Tuesdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm
Wednesdays, 4:30pm-6:00pm
Sundays, 11:00am-12:30pm

Registration
Students must register by contacting The Math Center at least one hour prior to the lab; 24 hours notice would be appreciated. Payment may by made at The Math Center during the lab. |
